How to Order
If you see something you like you can purchase it online by adding the item to your 'Shopping Cart' and going through the 'Checkout' procedures. For detailed instructions for using the online shopping cart, click here.
Phone Orders/Custom Orders
For your convenience, our representatives are available to answer any questions you may have prior to placing your order. They can also complete your phone orders for you or simply walk you through the process. Just call our office during regular business hours at 1-877-214-5188. If you receive our answering service please leave us a detailed message and the best time to reach you. A customer service representative will return your call within the next business day.
For custom orders, once the order form is received, an estimate including the order details and cost will be emailed to you within the next 3 business days. We do this to make sure there are no errors and you are getting exactly what you are ordering. Some orders will require the estimate to be signed/dated and faxed or emailed back to us prior to the order being processed.
Payment
We accept most forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

We offer a no hassle guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item from us, simply return it within 30 days and we will gladly refund your money less shipping and handling. If an item arrives defective or damaged in shipping, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace it with a new one at no cost to you for shipping in either direction.
Because our items are custom made, there will never two of the same item anywhere. However, if you find a similar item of comparable quality, we will gladly beat their price by 5%.

Shipping
Items are custom made overseas. Therefore production and shipping will vary depending on the item. If the item desired is in stock you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days. If it is not in stock please allow 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.
Delivery
IMPORTANT: Always inspect the item for damage before accepting delivery, especially if there is any damage to the outside of the shipping container. You only have 24 hours to notify our company of any damage. If you find any damaged item(s), send it back to us and we will have the damaged one repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
